Job Description

  • Facilitating communication between night shift staff, day shift staff, and other departments, This includes relaying important information, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.
  • Providing general administrative support, such as managing schedules, answering phones, and handling correspondence.
  • Overseas administrative workflow of various departments of hospital thus ensuring the overall smooth functioning of hospital affairs by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies.
  • Working with security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors during night shift.
  • Addressing and resolving any administrative issues or challenges that arise during the night shift.
  • Ensure implementation of assigned departments goals and performance key indicators of in accordance with the institutional needs aligned with IHHN vision.
  • Ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures, particularly those related to administration.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to information,
  • Preparing reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to the management.
  • Doing administrative rounds of the hospital on daily basis to ensure smooth hospital operations in night shift.
  • Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management, discovering irregularities and determining continuing needs.
