- Receiving & Storage; Receive, verify, and store medicines and goods from the warehouse in compliance with storage policies (e.g., temperature-sensitive, photosensitive requirements).
a. Organize all stock using the FEFO (First Expired First Out) method.
b. Assist Pharmacist & technician in filling of dispensing basket in OPD Pharmacy-
- Medicine Delivery and dispatching: Deliver dispensed medicines to Nursing Units and receive acknowledgment via HMIS.
a. Maintain accurate records of issued medications, including documentation and storage placement.
b. Maintain and placed all record of Pharmacy documents, i.e. as of self-audit record, temperature log sheet, medicine receiving slips etc. in such manner that can be easily retrieve up to 6 months.
c. Empty vials collections and keep the record of discarded vials via Excel Sheet.
- Compliance Coordination: Collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments to ensure adherence to temperature, lighting, and cleanliness standards.
- Stock Verification: Assist Pharmacy staff in verifying physical stock of daily issued and received goods.
a. Uphold cleanliness standards for all surfaces (racks, tables, PCs, windows) in satellite areas, offices, and pharmacy meeting room,
b. Assist Housekeeping in terminal cleaning of Pharmacy area i.e. Clean Room, Cytotoxic area when required.
c. Maintain interior cleanliness of pharmaceutical refrigerators on a defined schedule.
- Environmental Monitoring: Support Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians in monitoring and maintaining prescribed room and refrigerator temperatures.
- Logistics: Transport medicines and goods to designated Pharmacy locations as required.
- Document Handling: Deliver documents from the Pharmacy office to HR. warehouse, or other departments as needed.
