Job Description
- Should be aware of the Mission, Vision statements & core Values of TIHHN & found to be practicing them within the department & TIHHN with full dedication.
- Monitor medical & disposable warehouse inventory, maintain inventory stocks of all medical, surgical, and Cath lab supplies
- To make sure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO on the floor, also handle Batch & expiry issues with vigilant monitoring & cross checks
- Timely preparation of purchase requisitions for all inventory items every month.
- To send pending purchase reminders to the supply chain department and take follow-ups.
- To develop & guide the Warehouse staff regarding all aspects of inventory management, Inventory control & to provide them with technical & administrative support.
- To conduct and arrange CMEs for technicians to improve their skills.
- To receive and sort all medical supplies donations from various donors and companies, and add them in inventory according to needs.
- To document all GRNs, GINs, donation papers, stock adjustment papers, and all other campus-to-campus issuances and send their copies to the Finance department.
- Manage all necessary arrangements for campus-to-campus supplies, make a gate pass, and all other necessary documents.
- To solve system-related issues of inventory stock
- To receive imported shipments and make its GRNs
- To conduct system documentation related to the pharmacy department, e.g., savings & compounding.
- To arrange Local Purchase items through the supply chain department.
- Supervise & ensure complete checking/tally of the physical stock of all Warehouse locations each month and forward its report to Asst manager/, Deputy Manager/Manager.
- To keep communications very clear, do not spread confidential information outside or with in department with non-concerned staff.
- Perform all tasks assigned by the AM/DM/Manager & HOD Warehouse.
