Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in line with organizational standards and labor laws
Ensure effective implementation and compliance of HR policies across all departments
Conduct periodic policy audits and recommend improvements based on industry best practices
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent
Supervise and mentor HR team members, ensuring productivity, engagement, and professional development
Eligibility Criteria:
MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
05–07 years of core HR experience
02-03 years in a supervisory/lead role
Strong hands-on experience in policy development and recruitment
