Job Description
- Liaise with the Program Manager/ Program Coordinator and Program Associate to implement all key components of all programs under PHI.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of health workers
- Liaise with hospital management as per program needs
- Liaise with patients at that facility as per program needs
- Liaise with the Medical Officer/ Consultant regarding patient care
- Assist in the registration of new patients for TB treatment under the protocols of the government.
- Ensure infection control measures are followed in all PHI programs
- Submit the monthly reports to the government.
- Submit the monthly vaccination report to the EDO(H) office
- Ensure stationery, print material, vaccines, and drug stock are maintained every week.
- Ensure all requests for supplies and print material are sent a week in advance.
