Manage end-to-end procurement of medicines in line with IHHN policies and regulatory standards
Ensure continuous availability of critical and emergency medicines to prevent stock-outs
Liaise with approved vendors and authorized distributors for timely procurement
Prepare comparative statements (CS), evaluate quotations, and process purchase orders (POs)
Monitor consumption trends and coordinate with pharmacy and warehouse teams for effective demand planning
Maintain proper documentation, batch traceability, and ensure audit compliance
Conduct vendor performance evaluations and analyze market pricing trends
Handle emergency procurement requirements efficiently.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical procurement practices and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory) and ERP systems
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
