Job Description

  1. Provide confidential individual counseling sessions to employees.
  2. Support staff experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, grief, or workplace-related challenges.
  3. Offer short-term therapeutic interventions and coping strategies.
  4. Design and implement employee well-being initiatives and programs.
  5. Conduct stress management and resilience-building workshops.
  6. Develop awareness campaigns on mental health topics for employees.
  7. Provide immediate psychological support during critical incidents.
  8. Coordinate with HR and leadership for appropriate follow-up.
  9. Advise HR and management on psychosocial risk factors.
  10. Contribute to policy development related to employee wellness and workplace conduct.
  11. Contribute to organization-wide training on Psychological First Aid for all staff to enhance their ability to provide immediate emotional and psychological support in crisis situations.
  12. Assist in promoting a psychologically safe workplace culture.
  13. To promote a positive organizational culture characterized by inclusivity, mutual respect, open communication, and alignment with organizational values.
  14. To design, implement, and administer standardized psychological assessment tools in accordance with established guidelines.
  15. Identify cases requiring long-term psychiatric care and facilitate referrals.
  16. Maintain follow-up where necessary, ensuring confidentiality.
  17. Maintain secure and confidential counseling records.
  18. Provide anonymized trend reports to HR for organizational planning.
  19. Adhere to ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and institutional policies.
  20. Coordinate with Psychiatrist for employee referrals and follow-up.
  21. Perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor that is commensurate with your knowledge and skills.
