Job Description
- Provide confidential individual counseling sessions to employees.
- Support staff experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, grief, or workplace-related challenges.
- Offer short-term therapeutic interventions and coping strategies.
- Design and implement employee well-being initiatives and programs.
- Conduct stress management and resilience-building workshops.
- Develop awareness campaigns on mental health topics for employees.
- Provide immediate psychological support during critical incidents.
- Coordinate with HR and leadership for appropriate follow-up.
- Advise HR and management on psychosocial risk factors.
- Contribute to policy development related to employee wellness and workplace conduct.
- Contribute to organization-wide training on Psychological First Aid for all staff to enhance their ability to provide immediate emotional and psychological support in crisis situations.
- Assist in promoting a psychologically safe workplace culture.
- To promote a positive organizational culture characterized by inclusivity, mutual respect, open communication, and alignment with organizational values.
- To design, implement, and administer standardized psychological assessment tools in accordance with established guidelines.
- Identify cases requiring long-term psychiatric care and facilitate referrals.
- Maintain follow-up where necessary, ensuring confidentiality.
- Maintain secure and confidential counseling records.
- Provide anonymized trend reports to HR for organizational planning.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and institutional policies.
- Coordinate with Psychiatrist for employee referrals and follow-up.
- Perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor that is commensurate with your knowledge and skills.
