Job Description

  • Process and execute vendor and internal payments (bank transfers, cheques, online payments).
  • Ensure all payments are processed accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Verify payment details and supporting documents before execution.
  • Maintain proper records of all payments and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for payment-related queries.
  • Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely disbursements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in payment processing.
  • Ensure accurate deduction and timely deposit of withholding taxes as per Federal Board of Revenue and applicable provincial regulations (e.g., SRB, PRA).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
  • Any other task assigned by Supervisor / Head of Department.
