Job Description
- Monitor live CCTV feeds across the hospital premises on a continuous basis
- Identify, document, and report any suspicious activities or security incidents
- Respond promptly to alarms and coordinate with security personnel as required
- Maintain accurate surveillance logs and records of daily activities
- Review and analyze recorded footage for investigations when necessary
- Ensure confidentiality and proper use of surveillance systems at all times
- Monitor the operational status of CCTV equipment and report faults or malfunctions
