Job Description
Job Summary:
The Mechanical Engineer will manage day-to-day operational complaints and assist the Deputy Manager/Manager in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment. The role includes oversight of systems such as NFSD (Non-Fire Suppression Devices), laundry equipment, and water distribution networks, and acting as the primary point of contact for coordination with the project team.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day complaints related to mechanical operations and provide timely resolutions.

Assist Deputy Manager/Manager in the operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment.

Oversee the performance and maintenance of NFSD systems, laundry equipment, and water distribution networks.

Coordinate with project teams for handover, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems.

Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed and documented accurately.

Prepare operational reports and maintain records of maintenance activities.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations.
BE or BTech (Honors).
