ManagerQuality and MonitoringJob SummaryReporting to the Head of Quality and Monitoring, this role supports and supervises hospital-wide initiatives to improve clinical and service quality. Working closely with Medical and Nursing leadership, the Manager will drive JCIA-related accreditation processes, strengthen clinical governance, and monitor patient care standards.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead JCIA-related quality initiatives, including drafting institutional policies and auditing performance improvement across hospital departments
  • Advise on risk management and quality improvement strategies, translating them into actionable plans
  • Drive hospital-wide compliance with Joint Commission, Sindh Health Commission, and Punjab Health Commission standards
  • Manage Quality related projects end-to-end, from project formation through post-implementation support
  • Oversee root-cause analysis of system failures and lead process improvements to strengthen performance
  • Review clinical audit reports, track KPIs, and deliver training on Quality Improvement tools such as FOCUS-PDCA
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on clinical practices, operational processes, incident reporting, and environmental factors from a patient safety perspective.
  • Analyze quality indicators, audit findings, and performance data to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to improve patient care processes and operational excellence.
  • Mentor and develop the team while promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement.
 Qualification & Experience
  • MBBS/BDS/ D-Pharm/ DPT/ BSNwithMBA/ MSN/ Masters in Healthcare Management/ MS-Public Health with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a healthcare institution or related field, with demonstrated exposure to quality/accreditation
  • Preferably a Diploma/Certification in Healthcare Quality or CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality)
  • MBA in Health Management or Master's in Public Health along with CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) is preferred
  • Should have interpersonal, leadership, and excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Urdu
  • Proficiency in MS Office and QMS tools
