Education

BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree/MBA in HR preferred.

Job Description

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
  • Support investigations related to employee complaints, disciplinary matters, and policy violations.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and facilitate discussions between employees and management.
  • Monitor employee morale and recommend initiatives to improve workplace culture.
  • Support employee engagement surveys and action planning.
  • Maintain positive employee relations through regular communication and engagement activities.
  • Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) across departments.
  • Develop and implement annual training calendars and learning plans.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Track employee training records and maintain learning databases.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development..
  • Maintain employee records related to disciplinary actions, grievances, and training activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics related to employee relations and learning initiatives.
  • Support HR audits and compliance reviews.
  • Any other task assigned by supervisor/manager.
