Job Description
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will perform maintenance, repair, and installation of critical mechanical systems like HVAC, plumbing, generators and medical gases system, while also ensuring compliance with safety standards and codes.
- Supervising and managing mechanical staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and roaster management.
- Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance, solve complex problems, and offer expert consultation on mechanical design and system performance.
- Mentor and train junior mechanical engineers and support staff, fostering their technical and professional growth.
- Work closely with architects, electrical engineers, and hospital staff to ensure integrated and compliant solutions.
