Job Description

Ensure timely and accurate procurement of Medicine and pharmaceuticals items for TIH.

·         Identify and assess the need for various materials and supplies.

·         Prepare and verify purchase orders as per SOP and quotations.

·         Ensure material availability at minimum cost and within the shortest time frame.

·         Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate with concerned departments.

·         Review purchase orders regularly to ensure timely delivery.

·         Evaluate and manage suppliers; maintain and update the approved vendor list.

·         Negotiate contracts, rates, and after-sales terms with suppliers/vendors.

·         Maintain purchase order records and prepare comparative statements when required.


Qualification:


·         Bachelors in Pharm-D

·         MBA or Additional Certifications in Supply Chain will be Preferred

·         4-5 Years relevant Experience 

·         Hospital Procurement experience will Preferred
