Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and timely corrective repairs of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
- Monitor electrical panels, lighting, generators, UPS, and utility systems, and promptly attend to equipment breakdowns.
- Maintain water supply, drainage, sanitary, and firefighting systems to ensure safe and efficient functionality.
- Conduct routine inspections, maintain maintenance logs, ensure compliance with safety and SOP requirements, and coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and vendors as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: Matric, D.A.E (preferred)
- Experience: 02 years of related experience within the healthcare industry
- Work Shift: Willing to work in rotations (Morning/Evening/Night).
