Job Description
- Supervising and managing administrative staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and roaster management.
- Providing guidance and support to the administrative personnel,
- Ensuring staff are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Overseeing daily administrative operations and ensuring smooth workflow within designated departments.
- Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures for all administrative functions.
- Monitoring expenses and suggesting cost-effective alternatives to optimize resource utilization.
- Ensuring the availability and proper maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- To implement departmental policies and procedures to maximize output and build capacity.
- Ensure implementation of assigned departments goals and performance key indicators of in accordance with the institutional needs aligned with IHHN vision.
- To ensure record keeping of all administrative matters and incidents.
- Collaborating and communicating effectively with all staff to support high-quality patient care.
- Handling escalated issues, providing solutions, and ensuring that problems are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Preparing reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to the manager.
- Ensuring the continuity of services and succession planning is in place for all key positions under reporting.
- Facilitate internal and external audits including PHC, QIPS and any other regulatory bodies.
- Perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor that commensurate with your knowledge and skills.
