Job Description
- Arrange daily blood collection camps with prior “Site blood collection goals”, in view of the needs / targets of the blood center.
- Assures that the site blood collection goals are achieved, then decide if changes need to be applied.
- Conduct pre-drive motivation campaign.
- Corporate partners – Multinational companies, Universities & different institutions, Factories/ Mills, Banks and different corporate sectors.
- Develop and execute an annual plan for recruitment of blood donors, to meet RBC’s objectives.
- Be able to give a tour of Regional Blood Center to corporate partners and prestigious donors.
- Periodic maintenance of face book account to increase likes.
- Approach potential new and better blood donor groups through community interaction, targeted marketing, cold calling (telephone) and personal recruitment, online/print advertising and social media etc.
- Regular update of daily activity on WhatsApp group.
- Submission of Monthly donor draw report to line manager.
- Call voluntary donors to draw blood as per need.
- Responsible for maintaining planning board, camp schedule calendar and all kinds of report generation and record keeping/data logging.
- Responsible for printing marketing material as per need and keeping track of resources, consumables, data, contact list of sites, data management, whatsoever required by the department.
- Perform any other task assigned by Director, manager RBC or Hospital administration.
- Maintain quality in day to day working by ensuring compliance to defined processes and procedures of the department.
- In absence of Manager, Sr. Executive will officiate the Team and matters of working assigned by Manager.
