Job Description

  • Arrange daily blood collection camps with predefined site blood collection goals, considering the needs and targets of the Regional Blood Center and hospital blood banks.
  • Ensure that site blood collection goals are achieved and identify required changes if targets are not met.
  • Conduct pre-drive motivation campaigns.
  • Develop and execute an annual plan for recruitment of blood donors to meet Blood Center/HBB targets.
  • Provide tours of the Regional Blood Center and hospital to corporate partners and prestigious donors.
  • Manage and maintain social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) to increase audience reach and engagement.
  • Identify and develop new blood donor groups through community interaction, targeted calls, physical visits, personal recruitment, and online/print advertising.
  • Express gratitude and appreciation to hosts of blood drives.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Monitor blood inventory on a daily basis to avoid shortages.
  • Ensure monthly targets are consistently achieved within defined timelines.
  • Evaluate and monitor marketing team cost-effectiveness and maintain it at an optimal level.
  • Assign tasks and conduct regular performance follow-ups for all blood donor mobilization team members.
  • Ensure daily activity updates are shared on the official HHN Lifeline WhatsApp group.
  • Submit monthly donor draw reports to Blood Center management.
  • Ensure compliance with defined processes and procedures in daily operations.
  • Maintain quality standards within the department.
  • Source new candidates for admissions in the AD-BTM program.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Blood Transfusion Services or Hospital Administration.
  • Ensure services meet accreditation standards and continuously improve team efficiency and proficiency.
