Job Description
TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Perform and supervise histopathology laboratory procedures, including tissue processing, embedding, microtomy, staining, immunohistochemistry, and quality control activities.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs, quality standards, biosafety regulations, and accreditation requirements.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment while ensuring proper documentation and record management.
- Supervise, train, and assess junior staff to maintain high standards of laboratory practice.
- Support audit preparation, method validation, data management, and other departmental activities as assigned by the management and pathologists
