Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized molecular diagnostic testing, ensuring accurate analysis, interpretation, and timely reporting of laboratory results.
- Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot molecular laboratory equipment while conducting quality control, external quality assurance (EQA), and proficiency testing activities.
- Review and communicate critical results, ensure proper sample handling and storage, and adhere to test acceptance/rejection criteria and laboratory SOPs.
- Support inventory management, equipment maintenance, data management, staff training, quality assurance activities, and other departmental operations in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
