Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and analyze routine and specialized immunology tests, ensuring accurate interpretation and timely reporting of results.
- Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot immunology laboratory analyzers while adhering to quality control, infection control, and laboratory SOPs.
- Review and communicate critical results, ensure proper sample handling and storage, and comply with sample acceptance/rejection criteria.
- Support inventory management, equipment maintenance, staff training, data management, quality assurance activities, and other departmental operations in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
