4 to 6 years as Laboratory Technologist, Preferably in Molecular Biology, Histopathology, or Immunology
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor training and competency programs for Clinical Laboratory staff.
- Develop and maintain annual training calendars, orientation programs, and competency assessment schedules.
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) in collaboration with laboratory leadership.
- Ensure compliance with CAP accreditation standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements related to staff training and competency.
- Coordinate onboarding, technical training, cross-training, continuing education.
- Develop and update training materials, competency checklists, SOP-based learning resources, and presentations.
- Monitor competency assessments and maintain accurate, audit-ready training documentation.
- Generate periodic reports and dashboards on training compliance, competency status, and key performance indicators.
- Participate in CAP inspections, quality improvement projects, and departmental strategic initiatives.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the departmental leadership.
