Job Description

  • Responsible to set up clear expectations and accountabilities for line Managers / Assistant Managers/Team Leads etc.
  • Motivate management staff, set directions, delegate and set objectives & goals
  • Collaborates with donor, stakeholders / Head of Departments / line management staff for the purpose of building working professional relationship, as well as implementing and maintaining services/programs
  • Keeping updated record of all relevant activities at district level and sharing with head office as per agreed timelines
  • Responsible to monitor daily operations for the purpose of ensuring the efficiency of operations
  • Regular-on going documentation and reporting on program activities
  • Provide appropriate feedback on BCC related activities and other training activities being conducted with a view to improve and integrate community awareness, referral and follow up at community level.
  • Responsible to implement monitoring tools/departmental policies & procedures for line managers/assistant managers/ team leads and ensure effective implementation and monitoring.
  • Responsible for site reporting and for sharing monthly and quarterly reports with the relevant department leads.
  • Responsible to implement departmental annual goals & objectives / capex and coordinate with relevant departments at head office to ensure timely completion of planned project activities at all sites.
  • Responsible to have coordination with all the departments to ensure smooth service provision; performs personnel functions for the purpose to maintain adequate staffing, enhancing productivity of personnel and achieving objectives within budgets
  • Liaise closely with Head Office and ensure that all departments liaise closely with their functional counterparts at head office.
  • Leads and inspects project health facilities/MHU/campaigns to ensure that best practices are in place and effectively being managed by line management staff.
  • Perform other responsibilities as requested by the line manager (DGM/ Director).
