Job Description
The Security Supervisor is responsible for managing and organizing shifts, surveying hospital premises to ensure security personnel are alert in the designated areas.
TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure all orders and instructions from the Team Lead are implemented.
- Assign and supervise duties to Security Guards.
- Supervise and maintain discipline among staff.
- Recommend personnel for hiring, confirmation, promotion and removal from service.
- Manage leaves and schedules of staff; maintain attendance.
- Develop and implement monthly duty roster and schedule.
- Ensure all incidents are immediately reported to the Team Lead.
- Liaise with the Security Officer to ensure duties are carried out efficiently.
- Perform all tasks assigned by the Supervisor/management.
