Job Description

  1. Oversee the design, review, and continuous improvement of academic curricula in collaboration with faculty and academic departments.
  2. Evaluate program learning outcomes (PLOs) and course learning outcomes (CLOs) and ensure alignment with institutional goals.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of Self-Assessment Reports (SARs) for all academic programs and institutional accreditation.
  4. Facilitate accreditation processes with relevant professional councils and HEC.
  5. Coordinate and facilitate internal and external academic audits, reviews, and accreditation processes.
  6. Monitor compliance with national and international quality benchmarks, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  7. Organize faculty development programs, workshops, and seminars on quality assurance practices and methodologies.
  8. Liaise with regulatory bodies and other external stakeholders on quality-related matters.
  9. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement among faculty, staff, and students.
  10. Prepare comprehensive quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and regulatory bodies.

Skills Required:

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  2. Strong understanding of academic accreditation processes and standards (national and international).
  3. Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, quality management software and in MS Office.
  4. In-depth knowledge of HEC Quality Assurance frameworks, policies, and guidelines.
