Job Description

Introduction
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Lead Graphic Designer to create impactful digital and print designs that strengthen our brand and support awareness campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality marketing and communication materials including social media creatives, banners, standees, flipbooks, infographics, presentations, reports, and other branding assets.
  • Develop engaging static and motion graphic content for digital campaigns while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Edit and produce creative video content with animations, transitions, captions, and motion graphics for social media and awareness campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize creative campaigns, digital activations, and audience-focused communication strategies.
  • Create bilingual (English & Urdu) designs that are visually appealing, culturally relevant, and suitable for diverse audiences.
  • Maintain an organized library of design assets and deliver print-ready files along with editable source files within project timelines.
  • Stay updated with emerging design trends, social media aesthetics, and digital storytelling techniques to continuously enhance creative output.

Required Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics tools.
  • Experience with CapCut or DaVinci Resolve and Filmora or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, and motion design work.
