Job Description
- Responsible for operations and maintenance of chillers.
- Responsible for proper start up and shut down of chillers as per the maintenance protocols and requirement.
- Responsible to evaluating problems with chillers, planning repairs, locating and acquiring all tools and parts necessary for routine and emergency situations, under supervisor.
- Responsible for operations of centrifugal pumps and cooling towers.
- Responsible for cleaning and management of AC plant rooms.
- Responsible for co-ordination with power house during electricity shutdown.
- Responsible for maintenance all electric control panels related to AC plant room equipment.
- Responsible for attending complaints related to cooling or heating via telephone and maintain log sheets.
