Job Description
Introduction:
We are seeking a skilled and responsible Electrical Technician to support the safe and efficient operation of electrical installations, systems, and equipment. The role will be responsible for routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs while ensuring operational reliability and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:Perform repair and preventive maintenance of electrical installations, systems, and equipment to minimize breakdowns.
Carry out maintenance of LT & HT switchgear and associated equipment under the guidance of the Electrical Supervisor.
Assist the Supervisor in operational maintenance of electrical installations during shift/general duty.
Monitor and record voltage and current readings of electrical systems to ensure operational reliability.
Complete maintenance work request slips, including details of work performed, time, and materials consumed.
Train and guide associated staff to enhance technical knowledge and productivity.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety practices during all maintenance and repair activities.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience:DAE
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of LT & HT electrical systems, switchgear, and electrical equipment.
