Job Description

• Prospecting: identify and establishing contact with potential corporate and individual donors considering their potential for various products like, Expansion, Zakat Corporate events etc.
• Engaging with donors and submitting proposals suited to their motivation and appetite.
• Finalizing/closing the proposals whereby a donor agrees/commits funds.
• CAPEX and OPEX: Keep updated with organization requirement and arrange for in-kind donation.
• Arranging awareness session in organizations.
• Recording a maintain database and dashboard in CRM.
• Maintain relationship with existing donors and providing regular feedback on the performance of their regular contribution.
• Other work assigned by immediate supervisor.
• Invite new donors to tour The Indus Hospital/orientation and tour or the donor.
