Prepare patients for hemodialysis treatment as per prescribed by physician.
Monitor vital signs before, during, and after dialysis sessions.
Observe patients for complications and promptly inform nursing/medical staff.
Set up and operate dialysis machines according to protocol; monitor machine parameters during treatment.
Ensure proper maintenance and reporting of technical faults.
Maintain equipment checklists and logs.
Perform daily dialysis sessions and patient scheduling; monitor patient treatment flow, and machine allocation.
Monitor patient care during hemodialysis and address clinical concerns promptly.
Ensure proper documentation of treatment records.
Monitor disinfection procedures and water quality reports.
Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention protocols.
Assist in machine disinfection, vascular access care, and waste disposal.
Report equipment breakdowns, stock shortages, and clinical incidents.
Coordinate with Nephrology, ICU, ER, and other departments as required.
Support incident reporting and quality improvement initiatives.
Assist in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Ensure proper functioning and preventive maintenance of dialysis machines and RO plant.
Monitor dialysis adequacy indicators and patient safety metrics.
Reduced incidence of complications and adverse events; streamlined processes leading to more efficient care delivery.
Maintain professional conduct, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
Perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor that is commensurate with your knowledge and skills.
