Job Description
Job Summary:
Assist in ultrasound procedures by preparing patients and equipment, supporting the sonographer/doctor, and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow in the ultrasound department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients and ultrasound equipment for examinations.
- Assist sonographers/doctors during ultrasound procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment.
- Ensure accurate patient identification and documentation.
- Support patient positioning and comfort during procedures.
- Follow infection control and departmental safety protocols.
- Maintain supplies and report equipment issues when required.
