The Assistant Manager, Compensation & Benefits in Human Resource Department is responsible to lead, plan, and manage the compensation and benefits operations by ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in payroll management, benefits administration, and statutory obligations, while providing analytical insights and strategic input to HR leadership.
