Job Description
The Application Support Executive responsibilities involves overseeing application development, maintenance, and strategy; requiring to provide application support and backend support for Hospital Management Information System (HMIS), Triage, patient flow, ERP & DB support. This role will be responsible for resolving end-user queries, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of all applications running across the hospital. The expertise will help us deliver high-quality support to our end-users and ensure the effective use of our software.
