Job Description

The Executive, Learning & Development is responsible for coordinating and implementing employee training and development initiatives in alignment with institutional goals. The role ensures the effective execution of learning programs, maintains training records, and supports performance and talent development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and engagement align with the Indus vision, mission and core values.
