1. Perform pre-selection donor counseling and history.
2. Perform physical examination of blood Donor including:
- Pulse
- Blood pressure
- Temperaure
- Weight
- Hemoglobin by portable Haemoglobinometer. e.g, HemoCue
3. Obtain consent from donors and assign donor identification numbers.
4. Select venipuncture sites and perform phlebotomy procedures.
5. Collect and process blood samples according to standard operating procedures.
