The Senior Pharmacist is responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations, ensuring safe and effective dispensing of medications, appropriate usage of pharmaceuticals & surgical devices, and supervising pharmacy staff. The role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, hospital policies, and best practices in medication management to support high quality patient care.
