Experience
At least 2 years of relevant clinical nursing and MNCH experience. Experience in clinical teaching, staff training, development, or supervision will be strongly preferred.
Education
BScN, BScM, or Post RN BScN from a recognized institution. Valid PNC (Pakistan Nursing Council) registration is required.
Job Description
- Conduct in-service education, On Job Trainings, and Orientations for nursing, midwifery, and LHV staff.
- Assess and monitor clinical competencies, providing constructive mentorship, feedback, and bedside teaching during clinical rounds to promote safe, evidence-based practice.
- Identify staff training needs based on clinical observations, audits, incident reports, and quality indicators.
- Support the implementation of nursing, midwifery, patient safety, and infection prevention and control standards.
- Support Program manager in Developing and maintaining competency checklists, training modules, and educational resources.
- Maintain accurate records of staff training, competency assessments, and professional certifications.
- Support quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, research, and evidence-based nursing/midwifery practices.
- Prepare comprehensive training reports and presentations for Nursing & Midwifery department.
