Job Description

1. Perform pre-selection donor counseling and history.
2. Perform Physical Examination of Blood Donor Obtain consent from donors and assign donor identification numbers.
3. Select venipuncture sites and perform phlebotomy procedures.
4. Collect and process blood samples according to standard operating procedures.
5. Dispatch blood bags from in-house/collection points and blood drive sites to the blood center utilizing transport containers.
6. Provide post-donation care to donors and manage adverse reactions, as necessary
