· Meeting monthly assigned targets related to donation
· Prospecting: identifying and establishing contact with potential individual donors/corporates considering their potential for various products (CAPEX, Expansion, OPEX etc).
· Visiting different schools, colleges, universities, SMEs and corporates to raise funds for The Indus Hospital
· Engaging with donors and submitting proposals
· Follow up and timely reporting on proposals
· Manage & Support indirect team in conducting kiosk activities at different venues like malls, markets etc.
· Arranging & conducting awareness sessions in organizations
· Recording and maintaining database and dashboard in CRM
· Taking new donors on board
· Relationship management with donors
· Arranging campus tours for Corporates, HNIs and individuals donors
· Actively work on CAPEX requirement
· Ensure presence in retail universe and in communities
· Visits to SMEs and institutions in respective region
· Ensure & maintain footfall at Collection Centers
· Manage Kiosk and other engagement activities in respective region
· Actively identify branding opportunities
· Actively work on marketing collaborations
