Research: Conduct thorough secondary research and literature review on community
engagement practices, HIV, and context of Ratodero to devise best practices and implementation
scope for field-based activities. Assist in tool development.
Data Management: Consolidate all outreach data and analyze findings that can be shared in a
concise way to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain data repository in an organized
fashion. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses using SPSS/STATA and/or
NVivo/MAXQDA (qualitative essential).
Community Outreach: Utilize community engagement approaches to ensure field processes are
benchmarked according to project targets. Liaise between CHWs and Supervisors for
troubleshooting purposes.
Monitoring and Evaluation: With the support of the M&E Coordinator, play a part in
implementing the M&E framework with existing personnel and conducting field support visits
and quality assurance.
Training and Onboarding: Assist in module preparation, tool development, etc. Facilitate
trainings of HWs and FS with regards to Community Engagement and HIV.
Knowledge Management: Write weekly reports and summaries for all project activities related
to outreach, including data summaries/ analyses, presentations, donor reports, story banks, etc.
