Document and oversee execution of internal clinical quality assurance processes.
Ensure all clinical processes management of patients in the DR-TB Program are according to
guidelines in the assigned region.
Coordinate with the hospital staff and the clinical team to maintain quality of clinical care of
patients at the clinic.
Update the Regional Lead and Clinical Manager on clinical and operational issues that compromise
quality of care.
Coordinate with regional DR-TB coordinator for contact screening.
Visit sites in the region for quality checks and submit visit reports to Clinical Manager.
Ensure all clinical patient records and reporting forms are updated and complete.
Manage and maintain databases for the quality system.
Organise monthly meetings with Clinical Manager and regional team to present updates
Ensure dissemination of clinical updates to the regional clinical team.
Prepare and assist in preparing monthly reports and quality trending reports.
Report the status of the quality levels of staff, systems and production activities.
Evaluate and report quality events, incidents, queries, and complaints.
Communicate any critical compliance risks noted to senior management.
Examine, manage and treat patients seen in the TB clinics according to WHO & NTP guidelines
Create treatment regimens for patients DR-TB and DOTS patient in consultation with Clinical Team
Leader head according to WHO and NTP guidelines
Recording forms for DRTB and TB as required. Ensure accuracy of data entry.
