Job Description
- Work with program manager to develop the budget for multiple sites;
- Review budgets for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor budgets and actuals of different programs to ensure it is within budget;
- Forecasting for various projects
- Liaison with different departments, particularly finance and operations to get information required.
- Help the program manager analyse budgets and find alternatives if overspending;
- Make monthly reports for program manager of the status and availability of funds at all sites.
