Job Description

IT technician is required at RMINS to oversee the following: 

• Responsible for job assignments for corrective maintenance of hardware and networking and resolve operational queries to ensure proper working of end-user IT equipment  
• Responsible for performing replacement of faulty equipment to ensure smooth IT equipment working 
• Responsible to manage system relocation / re-authorization request resolve as per end-user demand 
• Monitoring of networking project work to be done by vendor
