Job Description

I.             General Job Objective

The Senior Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the interventions in three public sector and private facilities

II.            Key Job Responsibilities

1.            Secure entry into public sector and private facilities in collaboration with the Zero TB Cities Program Manager

2.            Liaise with facility management to ensure the smooth operating of the interventions

3.            Coordinate synergies with intervention activities across sites

4.            Coordinate with team leads to ensure that their activities are running smoothly within the zone

5.            Actively monitor the implementation teams at the facilities in their respective zone

6.            Provide Weekly update to the Program Manager Zero TB Cities.
