Job Description
TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Prepare employee payroll and check list including new hired, changes in employment including salary, transfer, Confirmation, exit employees, benefit & other deductions etc.
- Perform complex clerical duties involved in the preparation and processing of employee payrolls to ensure accuracy of monthly salary payments.
- Collect and maintain data of attendance, leaves, meal and transport request etc. to ensure smooth functioning of Compensation and benefit.
- Manage EOBI system to enrol and exit of employees, generate reports, prepare & reconcile data as per e-invoice and process the monthly payment accordingly.
- Manage Takaful through employee enrolment, changes and deletion from the Takaful Benefit.
- Prepare and reconcile the Takaful Data to ensure all employee and dependents are enrolled as per benefits policy and to process Takaful payment.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions.
- Resolve general problems of payroll processing and staff requests.
- Ensure all timesheets are submitted as per deadline.
