Direct, instruct, guides, assign and monitor duties/tasks to maintenance staff.
Ensure & Direct daily reactive/ repair maintenance tasks to technical team.
Implement all preventative maintenance of all equipments/assets.
Monitor/supervise/control the operation of DG Sets.
Monitor/supervise/control the operation of all electric panels.
Raise demand to Store as per requirement, ensure the quality of spares and maintain the record
Control/ensure reduction of store consumption of department in budget limit.
Monitor, record and ensure judicial diesel/ lubricants consumption.
Ensure judicial utility of stores/ items for smooth functioning of machinery under control
Coordinate with General stores/ SC dept for timely availability of required stores.
Ensure/maintain record of Utilities consumption on monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Provision & arrangements of required tools/equipment, safety tools & training to all staff/trades
Ensure work progress & quality as per issued work order for any maintenance work.
Close monitoring/supervision of all AC plan units, Electrical equipments and ensure their
maximum performance/ extend service life.
Prepare & provide progress report of all staff on monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Coordinate and collaborate closely with Head of department for day to day matters.
Perform all tasks assigned by the supervisor / Head of Department.
