Job Description

• Ensure availability of all HK supplies needed for entire shift.
• Responsible for daily staff attendance 
• Investigate HK related customer complaints and take corrective measures.
• Responsible to inspect the assigned area.
•  Supervise staff within time bars allotted to each position and time frame for each task.
• Ensure implementation of HK SOPs and effectively monitoring operational standards.
• Responsible to monitor and control the monthly usage of housekeeping and chemical supplies.
• Maintaining the safety of all housekeeping equipments, standards and protocols.
