Task & Responsibilities
- Research & identify technologies that may be used to enhance the overall working efficiency.
- Identify gaps in current implemented technologies, knowledge base, expertise, human resources & hardware/software resource.
- Interpret, modify, analyze and design systems for enhancement of current IT infrastructure.
- Supervise implementation of proof-of-concept scenarios.
- Propose solutions for process & experience improvement.
- Propose solutions for IT system improvements.
- Propose trainings and/or hiring for enhancements of knowledge base & expertise.
- Enhance co-ordination between teams & resolve any issues that occur.
- Enhance inter/intra departmental co-ordination & resolve any issues that occur.
- Update system, operational and departmental documents.
