Job Description

Task & Responsibilities

1. Research & identify technologies that may be used to enhance the overall working efficiency.
2. Identify gaps in current implemented technologies, knowledge base, expertise, human resources & hardware/software resource.
3. Interpret, modify, analyze and design systems for enhancement of current IT infrastructure.
4. Supervise implementation of proof-of-concept scenarios.
5. Propose solutions for process & experience improvement.
6. Propose solutions for IT system improvements.
7. Propose trainings and/or hiring for enhancements of knowledge base & expertise.
8. Enhance co-ordination between teams & resolve any issues that occur.
9. Enhance inter/intra departmental co-ordination & resolve any issues that occur.
10. Update system, operational and departmental documents.
