Job Description

Programmatic Support [30%]
 Assist the program team with the design, implementation and adaptation of public health
programs
 Plan and execute logistics needed to carry out programs including scheduling, communications,
reporting, monitoring
 Support and contribute to strategic vision and the continued evolution of programs
 Collection, analysis, and presentation of information of program to internal and external
stakeholders.
 Participation in the training for the staff on program matters
 Enhance visibility of program by submission of development program and success stories to the
communications department
Data Management [25%]
 Cleaning and analysis of data sets from the various components of the project.
 Generating and analyzing data reports including auditing of site level data entry to identify and
mitigate errors.
 Coordinate the timely submission of reports, and assist in data entry and the preparation of
charts, graphs, and periodic progress.
 Regular visits to the project sites to assist / observe the data collection process and site
monitoring and ensure quality control.
 Optimize the practical use of data collection tools, both paper based and App based.
 Maintain a wide variety of manual and electronic documents, files and records for the purpose
of providing up-to-date information.
Administrative [25%]
 Participates in a variety of meetings, workshops, and/or trainings for the purpose of providing or
receiving information.
 Maintenance of required administrative records – e.g. timesheets/ attendance sheets, leave
reports, travel documents etc.
 Maintenance of the filing system and ensuring safekeeping of confidential material
 Liaison work between the field staff and office team
 Responsible for administrative duties relating to program, including submission of proper
documentation for requests fo payments, hiring, procurement, transportation and filing of
documents in the required formats and standards
 Represent the Program to all/any stakeholder in the absence of the Program Manager
Research & Writing [15%]
 Conduct research a variety of topics for the purpose of providing information and/or addressing
the needs of the different project components.
 Assist in preparting reports for stakeholders
 Filling out forms and approvals for research proposals and prepare documentation
 Literature review through secondary research
