A – Program Management: Community Engagement [80%]
Community Outreach: Lead team of community-based CHWs who will utilize the community
engagement approaches developed and modified in-house (SALT, STAR) to engage community
members towards improved health outcomes. Also conduct periodic field visits to support and guide
CHWs in community outreach activities in-field.
Performance Management: Utilize Program Assistants to manage a large field team via cohesive plans
for Community Mobilization, relationship building, and programmatic goals.
Monitoring and Evaluation: With the support of the Program Associate, Community Outreach, play a
part in implementing the M&E framework with existing personnel and conducting field support visits
Onboarding, Training & Mentorship: Work with the Training and Learning team to identify, hire, train
and continuously mentor CHWs and Field Supervisors (FSs) who will use community engagement
approaches (SALT and STAR) in the field
Knowledge Management: Maintain periodical data for Outreach Activities with the support of the
Resource Development team
